Clause 2.1

Age Requirement

You must be at least 21 years of age. The minimum age to hold a bet577 account is 21 years. This restriction exists without exception. If you are found to be under 21, your account will be permanently closed, all funds will be forfeited, and the matter may be reported to relevant authorities. We conduct age verification checks and reserve the right to request identity documents at any time.

Clause 2.2

One Account Per Person

Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one bet577 account. Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same device, same IP address, or same payment method — is strictly prohibited and constitutes fraud. All duplicate accounts will be closed and any balances within them forfeited.

Clause 2.3

Accurate Registration Information

You must provide accurate, current, and complete information when registering your account. This includes your full legal name, date of birth, and contact details. Providing false or misleading information during registration is grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all funds. You are responsible for keeping your registration details up to date.

Clause 2.4

Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any other person. bet577 will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your account where you have failed to safeguard your credentials. You must notify bet577 support immediately if you suspect any unauthorised access to your account.

Clause 2.5

Identity Verification (KYC)

bet577 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any stage, including before processing withdrawals. Accepted documents include government-issued national ID cards, passports, and driving licences. Failure to provide requested documents within a reasonable timeframe may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending review.

Accepted Payment Methods

Clause 3.2

Minimum Deposit

The minimum single deposit amount is ৳100. There is no maximum deposit limit, however large deposits may be subject to enhanced verification checks at bet577's discretion. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

Clause 3.3

Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests submitted before 8:00 PM Bangladesh Standard Time (BST, UTC+6) on a business day are processed and delivered the same day. Requests submitted after 8:00 PM BST are processed by the following morning. bet577 does not charge withdrawal fees. Withdrawals are paid exclusively to the same payment method used to make the corresponding deposit, in accordance with standard anti-money-laundering procedures.

Clause 3.4

Currency

All transactions on the bet577 Platform are denominated in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). bet577 does not accept deposits or process withdrawals in foreign currencies. Any currency conversion fees charged by your payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Clause 3.5

Refused or Reversed Transactions

bet577 reserves the right to refuse or reverse any deposit or withdrawal at its discretion, including where there is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms. In such cases, the relevant funds may be held pending investigation, and bet577 is not liable for any resulting delays.

Clause 4.1

Eligibility for Bonuses

Bonuses are available only to players who have completed the registration process and, where required, identity verification. A player may only claim any specific bonus offer once unless expressly stated otherwise. Bonuses claimed using multiple accounts will be voided and may result in permanent account closure.

Clause 4.2

Wagering Requirements

Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, bonus funds are subject to a minimum wagering requirement before they may be withdrawn. Clause 4.3

Bonus Abuse

Attempting to exploit, abuse, or circumvent the intent of any promotional offer is strictly prohibited. This includes, but is not limited to: placing offsetting bets to guarantee a profit regardless of outcome; using multiple accounts to claim the same bonus; employing automated tools or software to meet wagering requirements; or colluding with other players to extract bonus value. Where bonus abuse is identified, bet577 will void all associated winnings and may permanently close the account without refund.

Clause 4.4

Expiry of Bonus Funds

Bonus funds that are not used or wagered within the validity period stated in the specific promotion terms will expire automatically and be removed from your account balance. bet577 is not obligated to notify you individually before bonus funds expire.

Clause 5.1

Prohibited Activities

You must not engage in any of the following while using the bet577 Platform:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets, access account features, or scrape data from the Platform
• Exploiting any software error, technical glitch, or game malfunction for financial gain
• Attempting to gain access to another player's account, data, or funds
• Engaging in match-fixing, collusion with other players, or any form of cheating in multiplayer games
• Depositing funds derived from illegal activity or using the Platform to facilitate money laundering
• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person
• Sharing your account credentials with any third party or allowing a third party to operate your account
• Using a VPN, proxy, or other tool to circumvent geographic or account restrictions

Clause 5.2

Technical Malfunctions

Intellectual Property

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bet577's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you to your bet577 account in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. bet577 shall not be liable for any indirect, consequential, incidental, or punitive damages of any kind.

Game Outcomes

Voluntary Account Closure
